In my thirty or so years of teaching experience I've had students (both children and adults) of all ages. The age of the student is not quite as important as their level of focus and ability to concentrate and genuine desire to learn. I'm especially fond of students who are curious about improvisation, soloing and how to get comfortable in the groove. Also love exploring song writing and composition. I adapt my style of lessons to the individual's goal but my preferred teaching method is my own hybrid style called the Intervalic Relationship Theory which is especially good for absolute beginners. If you have accumulated some background along a certain path or a particular book or style of teaching that you prefer to follow then I can adapt to that too.
